I've spent the last 6 months building and dog-fooding on our own product.

1. Your Own n8n Server. From Your Phone. In Under 5 Minutes

The biggest barrier to self-hosted automation isn't the automation. It's the infrastructure.

You need a VPS. You need to install n8n.
(Configure SSL. Manage updates. Debug Docker Compose files at 11pm on a Tuesday when you could be doing something immediately useful. It's a whole side project before you even touch a workflow)

We fixed that.

From the Agentiff app, you tap a button and we provision a fully configured and secured n8n VPS host for you.

In under 5 minutes.

What's more you can get $300 free infrastructure credits using our Vultr link. We'll be sharing a video soon about how to set up your host with two copy-and-pastes, in the time it takes to drink a coffee.

Beta v1.0 doesn't ship with an empty canvas and a build your own.. shrug.

We're shipping workflows we've personally run for months.
Not theoretical templates.

Not a library of 7,000 things we've never tested.

We've been running it. It works.

We can take a real business problem, build a tested n8n workflow solution, and ship it through Agentiff... fast.

Starting now, we're releasing new workflow solutions every week.

Each one targeting a specific, real task that's eating your time.

Your day-to-day business problems... the time-sapping ones you know you should automate but haven't because the setup is too painful... that's what we're solving.

One workflow at a time. Every week. These 'n8n only' workflows don't rely on the Temporal workflow engine, or a custom UI, so we can ship them rapidly, send the results back with a custom audit trail, and process the results with the in-app AI agent (Agent IFF).

Where This Is All Going: The Observable Agent Stack

We'll be releasing a proper roadmap soon. But here's the vision:

We're building toward what we're calling the Observable Agent Stack, a system that brings three things together:

→ IronClaw, an OpenClaw-like Agent harness for secure, deterministic agent activity and guardrails
→ Self-hosted n8n made trivially easy through the Agentiff app
→ Curated workflow selection: tested solutions for real problems, with predictable solutions, shipped weekly. We're also offering to production-harden and deploy any existing n8n workflow (which meets our qualifying criteria) as part of Pro and Premium subscriptions. More details on this soon!

The goal: more deterministic agent behaviour with full observability.

Your whole team should be able to see what an agent is doing.
Why it's doing it.
And stop it before it does something you didn't intend.

That's what observable automation means at the infrastructure level: not just a nicer UI on top of the same black box.

IronClaw handles the security guardrails and always-on agent harnessing.

Why We're Telling You All Of This

Most companies in this space ship a polished launch video and hide the messy bits.

We're doing the opposite.

We're a small team. We're building in public. We're open-sourcing the pieces that should be open-sourced. And we're being honest about where we are.

This is a beta. It works.. we use it every day. But it's early.

We didn't cut corners on the foundation because the foundation is the whole point.
