1. ALPHA TESTING STATUS

1.1 Pre-Release Software

Agentiff.AI is currently in Alpha testing status. This means:

• The Service is incomplete and under active development
• Features described in marketing materials may not be fully implemented
• The Service may contain bugs, errors, and security vulnerabilities
• Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
• Service availability and performance are not guaranteed
• Data loss may occur without warning or recovery options

1.2 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We make no representations that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

1.3 Your Acceptance of Risk

By participating in Alpha testing, you explicitly accept these risks and agree that we shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of pre-release software.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND VERIFICATION

2.1 Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not be barred from using the Service under applicable law

2.2 Card Verification

• Card verification (no charge) is required to activate Alpha testing access
• We perform a $0 authorization to verify your payment method is valid—you are not charged
• This verification prevents automated abuse and ensures trial quality
• Your card is stored securely for future purchases if you choose to upgrade
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. TESTING TOKENS AND USAGE

3.1 Token Allocation

• Upon successful verification, you receive 1,000 testing tokens
• Tokens are used to execute approval workflows through the Service
• Token consumption varies based on AI model usage and workflow complexity
• Tokens do not expire during the Alpha testing period

3.2 Token Usage

• Tokens are consumed when workflows utilize AI processing (e.g., OpenAI GPT-4o API calls)
• You can monitor token balance through your account dashboard
• Once tokens are depleted, you may purchase additional tokens or upgrade to a paid plan
• We reserve the right to modify token pricing and allocation at any time

3.3 Third-Party AI Services

The Service utilizes OpenAI's API (including GPT-4o and other models) to power AI-driven workflow features. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Your workflow data may be processed by OpenAI's systems
• OpenAI's usage policies and terms apply to AI-processed content
• We are not responsible for OpenAI service outages, changes, or discontinuation
• AI responses are generated by third-party models and we do not guarantee their accuracy

3.4 No Refunds for Consumed Tokens

Tokens that have been used to execute workflows are non-refundable. Unused tokens may be refunded at our discretion.

4. USE OF THE SERVICE

4.1 Self-Hosted n8n Requirement

IMPORTANT: Agentiff.AI requires you to have your own self-hosted n8n instance. We do not host n8n for you. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your own n8n installation and infrastructure
• Ensuring your n8n instance is accessible and properly configured
• Managing your own n8n credentials and workflow configurations
• Any costs associated with hosting and running your n8n instance

4.2 Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

• Connect your self-hosted n8n instance to Agentiff.AI
• Receive approval requests for workflow actions
• Approve or reject workflow executions via mobile app
• Test and provide feedback on Service features

4.3 Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for competitive analysis or to build competing products
• Process illegal content, spam, or abusive material through workflows
• Automate bulk approval requests to circumvent intended human oversight
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. ALPHA PRICING AND FUTURE CHANGES

5.1 Alpha Cohort Benefits

As an Alpha tester, you receive:

• 1,000 testing tokens with free card verification
• Ability to request priority integration builds
• Eligibility for 50% grandfathered discount when we launch paid tiers (subject to feedback requirements below)

5.2 Grandfathered Discount Eligibility

To qualify for the 50% grandfathered discount, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Active feedback participation: You must provide meaningful feedback on at least 3 separate occasions during the Alpha testing period
• Feedback must be substantive (bug reports, feature suggestions, usability feedback) and submitted through official channels (Discord, email, or in-app feedback)
• Feedback instances must be on different dates to demonstrate ongoing engagement

5.3 Grandfathered Discount Limitations

• The 50% discount applies only to users who meet the feedback requirements above
• This discount applies when we launch the "Pro" tier (target: $29/month)
• We reserve the sole right to determine whether feedback submissions qualify as "meaningful" and count toward the 3-submission requirement
• This discount does not constitute a "lifetime" guarantee and may be modified or revoked if you violate these Terms
• Simply using the service without providing feedback does not qualify you for the discount

6. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 No Guarantees

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• That defects in the Service will be corrected

6.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or security breaches
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (minimum $1)

6.3 No Liability for User Actions

We are not responsible for:

• Workflows you create or actions you approve through the Service
• Damage caused by AI decisions you authorize
• Business losses resulting from your use of automation
• Errors in your workflow logic or configurations

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK for the consequences of workflow approvals you make through the Service.
